This on-demand pump uses a demand switch that operates only when liquid flow is required. The 12-volt permanent magnet motor is thermally-protected and splash-proof, plus this diaphragm pump has a maximum flow rate of 1 gallon per minute. Shut-off occurs at 40 PSI plus or minus 5 PSI and turn-on occurs at 25 plus or minus 5 PSI. This diaphragm pump has a 2-chamber positive displacement, is capable of being run dry, and has excellent self-priming capabilities.
